Great HR team, but the way the management handles employees need to inprove. You can't sell hope to a canditate at the time of joining with opportunities to learn and grow and then overnight take it all away without any explanation.

In Munich, the work environment was fantastic! It was more like a family and although I worked there for a short time, I felt very welcomed right from the first day!

The communication between my colleagues and my senior was great1 IT was always an open door policy except that when I was laid off, it was not communicated properly or even given sufficient heads up.

The team in Munich is very international and make friends fast. Especially the lunch culture of sitting and eating together family style and post lunch table tennis brings the team together and everyone has a very string bond with one another.

Fantastic work-life balance. My over time was compensated with time offs.

Interessante Aufgaben
Sadly, the management, especially for my department has no goals. So there really was nothing interesting outside of my daily tasks and the occational team events

The working conditions comply with the law. There was nothing dangerous I was asked to do. The offices are well lit and well ventilated. There was fruits, nuts, coffee, tea and Spetzi offered by the company for all to consume.
