It is very dependent on the project you are working on customer side. I am only scoring the internal atmosphere, which is driven by fear and neglect. If you currently are on a project, good for you, better perform. If you are on the bench get ready to be fired.

Kicked out half the people in around 2-3 months. Some non native german speakers were offered Aufhebungsverträge without telling them the implications this would have. As already mentioned, fear is the most common feeling.

Dependent on your project, but overall it is satisfying and nothing out of the ordinary.

Gets two stars, because at some point this was really good. Many certifications for consultants. Nowadays nothing happening, some fake AI Workshops maybe

Entry salary is quite fair I would say, but yearly increase does rarely cover increased costs of living every year.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
It once was great team spirit, team work and incredible vibes. Since I know that the people still got this in them, I am scoring a 3. Currently you won't see many colleagues.

No communication, no leadership, no development. They are only scared of the CEO and to lose their job like the other 50% of the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is nice, but you will be alone, therefore no point in scoring this.
Kommunikation
There is almost no communication anymore. Employees are not even participating in happiness surveys anymore or joining the christmas party. After a big shock in Q3/Q4 2024, there has been very little efforts to improve communication, to give transparency or a vision on how the company is going to move forward. I am not going to start talking about individual communication, non existent.
Gleichberechtigung
I know that some of the female consultants are top paid, leadership team was mainly female for quite some time, very fair here.
Interessante Aufgaben
Dependent on the project, if you are lucky it can be great. But it can also be the most boring stuff you have ever done.
