Do not put People in Management positions that are not trained well enough.
Change your outdated top-down managemetn culture!
Create an atmosphere were People actually like to hang out and enjoy their workplace!
Give Young talents the possibilty to prove themselves, trust in them and treat everyone as an individual with a variety of skills.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People seem unhappy and depressed. Some colleagues might not even greet you in the morning. It was a very toxic atmosphere. Unpleasent, and not fun to be at work. Bullying was very common! Horrific top-down Management!
Kommunikation
Very unclear onboarding process. Communication internally was messy and seemed that valuable Information was not passed on to everyone.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There was None. It was simply everyone for themselves. Some colleagues even seemed to have a strategy to make cother colleagues look bad, so they appear better. No after work, or any Kind of fun and Team building activities.
Work-Life-Balance
The worst I have ever expierienced. People are scared to leave this place. Seemed like they have a mentality that the "hardest" worker stays the longest.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It didn't seem much like the People in Management positions where by any Chance trained well enough for their Position. Hence, the leadership was awful. They didn't care about how you feel, what your skills are, or what you want to develop.
Interessante Aufgaben
The Tasks were unbelievably boring. Most of the Tasks were below internship Level like bringing coffee to Meetings, preparing and booking rooms. I was shocked something like this exists.
