empty promises, no justification for bad working conditions. People were forced to stand and work for absolutely no reason. Sickness is barely tolerated and might cost you your job. The leading team is too young and unexperienced to lead any company and completely oblivious of the condition the workers are in. You are expected to always put your 100%. Working hard and good means in this company that you will be over tasked until you break.
