We all try to help eachother to the best of our abillities. No pressuring, professional and respectful communication. No ego-ism, everyones opinion is treated equaly, regardless if you're an intern or a senior.
Work-Life-Balance
The working hours are entirely flexible. You can adjust your working times according to your needs. Even if you can do all 8h today, you may spread the leftover time in the following days. Need to pick up your child from Kindergarten? Doctor's appointment? Problems with a car? No worries.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We learn together. If you need a course or something, they will offer to get it for you.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is fair and is paid within the first week of the month.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We often tackle tasks, stories, and bugs together. People are mostly focused on their tasks, but are there whenever you need them.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I can only say that I see how happy, commited and motivated are the colleagues that are here much, much longer than me. That alone says it all.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
With respectful and well-managed conversations and time management, there are rarely any problems. If any problems arise, they are handled professionally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The equpment is modern, and of very high quallity. Some of the equpment: Like headphones, mice, keyboards, chairs can be personallized. You even get to choose if you'd like to work with a Mac or a Linux based machine.
Kommunikation
Even as someone that speaks 95+% of the time english only, I still have all the info I could possibly need. As stated above, fair and respectfull communication.
Gleichberechtigung
I'm a foreigner that barely speaks german. I haven't noticed any kind of inequality.
Interessante Aufgaben
The project as a whole is very interesting and challenging! You pick your own tasks to do and you're always welcomed to try and solve something that isn't normaly your thing. Everyone is welcome to give their opinion on design, functionallity, quality of life, etc. ideas. Many of them end up accepted.
