Less social connections

In my personal opinion, I have the feeling that I am only in contact with my team colleagues and my supervisors, and not really with anyone else. It is quite hard to get in contact with people from other departments or districts.
Additionally, there are no team events or opportunities to connect with others. For example, having lunch together with colleagues from other departments or joining informal activities is currently not possible. I think it would be great to have such events. Also, opportunities to connect outside of work, such as sports activities or social events, would be very nice.
At the moment, I do not really feel connected to the Klinikum. Compared to the university, there seem to be fewer opportunities for exchange and networking. I believe there should be more events to strengthen the sense of community.
