Within the teams the atmosphere can be really nice. But every team is fighting for themselves about being seen in the corporate.

38.5hours. usually it stays like that. if not they are always solutions.
Before corona home office was not a common thing, even tough all technical set up is existing. The MDs think that you only work when you are around.

When you run with them you are loved, if not you get kicked out with stupid reasons. Very male dominated
