It's interesting to look into the trade fair business and you can flexibly change position within the company or get promoted. But otherwise they often offer limited contracts, only 50% Home-Office without any workation options. Also they try to limit your contract to Tarif arguments but then you hear from other colleagues how they've bargained and that more is possible. It's a good employer overall but I will search for a job that offers an unlimited contract and allows me to work time to time from other countries. That has more of a new work/start-up approach.

At the same time, we take your feedback regarding our contract policies, home-office options, and the possibility of workations very seriously. We understand that fixed-term contracts can be limiting for employees. The possibility of a permanent contract is continuously reviewed, but it depends on the needs of the company and is not always possible.
We are also aware that flexible work models such as workations are attractive to many employees. Personal presence is essential in the trade fair business to successfully execute events and exhibitions, so this option cannot be offered at the present time.
