Persönliche/geschäftliche Probleme konnten jederzeit offen angesprochen werden, die Kommunikation bezüglich der Organisation war allerdings unzureichend, was zu einem ständigen Chaos führte.

Gelegentlich wurden Arbeitszeiten und Pausen eigenständig, ohne Rücksprache geändert. Keine festen Pausenzeiten, wurden täglich neu nach Arbeitsaufkommen gesetzt, was dazu führte, dass sie manchmal während der Arbeitszeit gar nicht möglich waren. Dafür durfte man allerdings früher Feierabend machen.
