A very happy atmosphere to work in. The culture is trust based. Even before Covid, the work happened largely remotely. The focus is on results, i always felt respected as an expert and never micro managed.

Kontist exists because its founder felt that one group was neglected and underbanked by traditional banks. Changing this and redefining financial services for the group of freelancers is Kontist's organisational purpose. This sense of social responsibility weaves through everything that Kontist does. Kontist even has its own foundation to go further than financial services and lobby for the social group of freelancers at a political level.
