A very happy atmosphere to work in. The culture is trust based. Even before Covid, the work happened largely remotely. The focus is on results, i always felt respected as an expert and never micro managed.

Management is very open and authentic. There is a lot of exchange, dialogue and feedback opportunity, which i really enjoyed.

Work-life-balance and health is seen as very important, individual Coaching is on offer for everyone in the company on a weekly basis.
