The interesting and dynamic work-environment. The companies strategy, vision and products. The team and of course the team events.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Work atmosphere is really awesome. For sure, it is sometimes challenging and a little chaotic, but if you are looking for a dynamic and fast growing environment, it is definitely worth it. To succeed here, it definitely requires some form of self-organization - if you have it, you will have a lot of responsibility and fun.
Kommunikation
Communication in general is good and I see a lot of progress. Since the company is growing really fast - this aspect sometimes gets lost on the way or forgotten.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The company really looks after the people - many events, many benefits, a lot of fun. Of course the collaboration within the departments is better than the collaboration between the departments, but in my opinion everyone will try to help with any question you have. Really love (most of) the people I work with.
Work-Life-Balance
Depending on which department you are working at, it is definitely no 9 - 5 job. The company is growing really fast and therefore it sometimes requires over hours. But since over hours are tracked and either reimbursed in money or time, I think the WOrk-Life Balance is good - if you are into a sometimes more dynamic culture.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Probably the most individual aspect to rate. I am very lucky to have a leader that is not only inspiring but also motivating and supporting me in everything I do. I have a lot of freedom and responsibility. I am enable to express myself and are working on eye level with all the managers and people.
But of course there are always some black sheeps and for sure, there are some leaders which probably will require a lower rating...

100% interesting, challenging, demanding, exciting.
Always something new. Always room to bring yourself in.
Gleichberechtigung
I have not experienced any downsides and from discussions with colleagues , I only heard good things.
But of course that is probably more difficult to judge as a male person.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very demanding and dynamic - probably not the best working environment for everyone. But if you are looking for something dynamic, something to express yourself, bring yourself in and work in a self organized way, the company will be offering you all of those things.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
A lot of engagement in environmental sustainability and also a lot of activities to foster social responsibility.
But of course there is still room for improvement.
