Over the last 2 years I had the pleasure to work with amazing people! There were no departmental divisions, passing blame or pointing fingers or grinding against each other. What we had were people looking to collaboration in order to make things happen.

This has improved in the last time. Obviously, no one is perfect, but there is always space to learn and improve!

I think that we have been through ups and downs as a company and people are emotionally attached. When getting laid-off, I received support messages from people that were no longer working for the company. Great feeling to get that support!
Work-Life-Balance
No one will tell you to stay overtime. Personally, I put in extra time to make things work, but can only blame myself. Every time I visited the office, there was someone that shared their time to go out and have some fun as well.

I did not feel that my voice meant less than the opinions of other people. I could always come to the CEO and express my concerns or share improvements. It's what definitely helped me reinforce my beliefs.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There was no ageism. The youngest person on the team was 21 the oldest 53 and we all went together. It's all about mindset and not numbers!

You can choose the equipment you wanted, there was always a lot of space when I came to the office, also standing desks

The mission of the company is to reduce waste in metal work production. Theory is good but still getting there in the practical aspect establishing ESG, etc
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I took a lower pay as it was my first job in this role and never managed to reach my market pay despite getting the right experience with time even after a promotion. What compensated the financial aspect was working with great people, freedom to act and capacity to make an impact.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Learned a lot! As mentioned before, I had a marvellous Team Lead that brought me the ropes, prepared a development plan and allowed me to grow in my role in my own pace. I will be forever grateful for this!
