Increase the on-site events a little. It was so much fun and also very productive to see teammates and the people in general in person.

This is a remote-first-company, yet, one does not get the feeling of being excluded or far away from colleagues as Laserhub has an excellent remote culture.

Remote work makes working for Laserhub a breeze in my honest opinion. You can choose your own equipment, whether one prefers Mac or Windows. Laserhub provides both upon entry. They also pay for trips to Stuttgart, for on-site events or personal team meetings.
