Increase the on-site events a little. It was so much fun and also very productive to see teammates and the people in general in person.

Remote work makes working for Laserhub a breeze in my honest opinion. You can choose your own equipment, whether one prefers Mac or Windows. Laserhub provides both upon entry. They also pay for trips to Stuttgart, for on-site events or personal team meetings.
Kommunikation
Communication between colleagues and also supervisors was always based on mutual respect and honest. I really appreciated that.
