Communication is open, transparent and always appreciative. Individual feed-back is provided in regular intervals and in an organised fashion.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Though there aren't that many "older" colleagues (I guess that is due to LeanIX being a start-up), the employees with a lot of experience are valued. Never have I experienced someone being unappreciative to any colleague at all (being older or not).
Arbeitsbedingungen
This is the most inspiring and beautiful office I have worked in. All employees have tables that can be adjusted in height and high quality chairs. All the other equipment (Monitors, MacBookPro etc.) is top notch.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Though waste separation could be enforced more, everything else is targeted for sustainability.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salaries are better than can be expected from a start-up and are competitive in the respective domains.

There is room to learn on a self-paced basis. Often employees can visit conferences and events with hot and innovative topics. If any material (books etc.) is required, it is acquired quickly. Hard work pays off - if you put your heart in, you will be recognised and have the chance to develop your position.
