Learnship is full of young, passionate people who are actively trying to make the company better as a whole. The team has more than doubled over the last two years, making it an open, exciting place to work. There are no ridged hierarchies, the general atmosphere is friendly and positive, and there are employees from all over the world.

Learnship is growing, and there are some growing pains. Communication between departments (and sometimes within departments) can be confusing and frustrating. The roles of individual employees and the ways departments relate to each other are slowly solidifying into a well-working community.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Learnship knows what needs to be improved, and is actively working on improving it. Communication between departments and clear organization and presentation of project milestones is getting better and better all the time. There is a strong sense of community, that everyone is doing their part to make things better.

We've moved to a beautiful new office with plenty of space and large windows in every office over looking the city.

Communication needs work, especially between departments, but this is something actively being improved.

The care and quality of the supervisors is hugely dependent on the department. I have experienced polar opposites: conflicts handled clumsily, unclear or unrealistic goals set, rampant miscommunication and confusion - and smooth, mutual-understanding based conflict management, clear, realistic goals, explaining and justifying decisions and inviting others to contribute.
Interessante Aufgaben
Again - I've experienced both ends of the spectrum, but in general, work is interesting and varied.

The new office is beautiful and we all have at least laptops, multiple monitors, and good internet.
