offices are very modern and friendly, everything is quite new and works well. Doors are usually open except for when you are in a meeting/call.
Direct team heads are always putting there team members needs, I feel very lucky. I have heard from other colleagues that they do not feel very comfortable talking to their team heads directly but I unfortunately have no idea what to do here as I think this is a personal decision and talking to them in person would definitely help. On the "higher management circle" there are obviously a hierarchy characteristics but as you can always shorten the way of communication through your team head/department head this is not really an issue.
Excellent! The colleagues are the heart of this company. Very international team, young and ambitious people with a passion for languages and new things. They can really become good friends over time!
The porduct is great and so is dealing with it. But if you do not feel challenged enough you definitely have to actively ask for new responsibilities and tasks. But people do listen, so just have the courage to speak up if you need more challenging or interesting tasks.
This is one of the few things that could be improved. Many employees feel that news and updates reach everyone very late or not at all. Please consider giving company updates on a regular basis and send out news as soon as they come up even if you feel this might not be intersting for every department.
Personally I feel this is a topic that is very important to Learnship. There is nor difference in how people are treated. Neitehr based on their gender, religion, experience or else.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
As mentioned there are some career prospects if you just have the courage to ask. Just eb confident and if you find a new interesting task within the company just apply for it. many colleagues do this all the time and get promoted. The other employees find out about this in a monthly newsletter.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Salary is ok but not very high. As there are some career prospects it might be possible to get a higher salary after a discussion with your team lead and effectively HR. I also know that compared to other similar companies the salary is completely fine.

Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
This is another topic that I personally believe needs work. Not from a social standpoint but regarding the environment. There is extensive use of water and paper towels, the light is almost never being switched of even during the day.
I personally have been offered one home office day per week which I love. But many employees are not given the chance by their direct supervisors which is actually not fair. As most of the employees work with laptops the chance of mobility could really be put to use here.
I am personally suprised by this topic as I have heard many ex-colleagues or peolpe who are on the verge of leaving the company are talking badly about Learnship. The seem to all be from teh same deartments so this might be where the issue lies. Outbound image is good though.
- As mentioned please think about the topic environmental consciousness and responsibility. It might be a good option to have workshops for this or news with tips on how to live more sustainibly. suggestions:
- replace paper towels with towels or use recicled paper
- ask employees directly to switch of the lights during the day
- switch of heaters over the weekends
- tell employees to unplug their chrgers if there PC/leptop is fully loaded
- ask employees to come to work by public transport or by bike once a week
International approach, product, free fruit and water, free coffee, jobticket, home office available, employee events on a bi-anual basis (christmas and summer party) and carnival party
communicating company news/updates too late and not enough effort on the environmental side
