Usually good within the teams, but oftentimes strained between teams. A lot of teams are chronically understaffed and thus frustration and tension run high.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the team. Work Life Balance used to be good, but for some years now, many teams are understaffed due to high turnover, recruiting difficulties or budget cuts.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No internal trainings in my team for the last 2 years. There are currently working on implementing new formats. Due to the high turnover, you can go actually go pretty far career-wise if you stick around, do a good job and network.
Gehalt/Benefits
In operations teams, pay is mostly under average. The job ticket for public transportation is great. You can participate in a Learnship language training if there is a proven business need.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They once planted trees for each employee. Other than that, I do not know of any environmental or social initiatives.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the teams usually excellent. Young, international crowd.

Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most team leads are fair and nice, but not really in a position of influence. Many management team members set bad examples by shifting blame, communicating arrogantly (or not communicating at all outside their clique) and by overtly showcasing nepotism.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The Cologne office is quite nice, other offices in Germany not so much or they were closed for good during COVID.
Kommunikation
Frequent company and department updates, but these are rather marketing events. Huge communication gaps lead to rumors spreading.
Gleichberechtigung
The current management core clique could not be less diverse - a close friend group of white "cool kids" from the same city and interchangeable background. Apart from that, there are plenty of women in leading positions and women are encouraged as much as men to take on responsibility.
