Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- lots of responsibility and direct impact on company strategy
- incredibly steep learning curve
- after one year in the company I still haven't developed a boring routine but am able to structure my work according to my preference (as long as I get the job done)
- very open communication among teams and by the executives regarding Lesara's accomplishments and upcoming plans
- dedicated feedback sessions and the support one needs to develop ones skill set strategically
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- high pressure environment might not be liked by everyone
- salary is fine for a Berlin based startup but doesn't reflect effort (overtime)
