Not as good as it seems!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Free fruit(almost standard Berlin though), nice colleagues and good social events.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They claim that you have great career options, but the truth is that people very rarely are able to be promoted/change position. The workplace works like high school, cliques - friends are favored - and so many people think they are better than anyone else.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Look within the organization. Many people do not know what they are doing, unqualified and are damaging the image of the company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Nice and friendly people mostly, however there are many cliques like in high school.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very unprofessional behavior from management. Friends are favored and others looked down at.
Kommunikation
A do not know what B is doing, and vice versa.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary lower than average and career options within the company are extremely limited.
Interessante Aufgaben
Once you are in your position, it is very rare that you are given other assignments and/or interesting projects.
