I am really impressed how well structured and quick some departments are working. You can also learn something during daily tasks or the weekly all hands meetings where various departments give insights on their tasks or upcoming projects.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is a very open minded work atmosphere. Everybody is very welcoming and takes all the time that is necessary to get a proper onboarding. Very international and young company, but already quite professional.
Kommunikation
As quite common in younger companies, there are still lacks in communication about projects etc. Everybody is very willing to share information if asked. Top Management regular gives updates to everybody about future strategy and current projects.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are very supportive and helping no matter if you are looking for an apartment or need some support for a project.
Work-Life-Balance
For a start up quite okay. Regular working from 9 till 6. No extra hours on weekend etc.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Top management is sometimes very young and leading huge times. At least from my perspective a good thing.
