Nice people to work with in the team, young team, fruits and drinks, ideas are being heard
No work life balance, people expect you to work more than 8 hours each day, lots of cliques, high rotation of people as there are a lot of interns from certain universities only and many trainees, lots of pressure, feedback conversations are very questionable
Training in how to give feedback and motivate people who have not been there from the very beginning, understanding what they want to achieve in the company and that they have different goals in the company, workshops, not giving away higher positions to people who have been there the longest as those positions need people who actually have the skills to work in those areas and manage people
Most of the people in my team were very motivated, educated and always there to help
Want you to be in the spirit of the company 24/7, contact you on the weekend, they don't care when you arrive at work the only thing that matters is that you don't leave on time and work more than 8 hours a day
Got paid on time, but the wage is not very high, after the traineeship they don't offer you a lot of money, the only excuse is that they are a start-up
There are none
Lots of pressure, expecting you to work 24/7, people in higher positions have never gotten a professional training how to talk to people and motivate them instead it actaully demotivates you
Lack of communication, people got fired and no one got informed they were just suddenly missing in the office, updates should be made more regularly and more transparent
Depending on the area you work in, some people apply for generic jobs and have to work in certain areas even though they would fit somewhere else a lot better
Great atmosphere, interesting projects, amazing team
Work life balance could be improved
Work life balance
-freundliche, verständnisvolle und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter
-schneller Rekrutierungsprozess (innerhalb von 1 Woche hatte ich die
Antwort)
-Lesara=Pionier des Teamworks
Nice colleagues
Interesting concept
Very high rotation. Only a few people stay more than 1 year
Too many interns and trainees positions, just because they cost less and management don't invest in people (they say that Lesara is a startup to pay people less....)
Lower salaries compared to other companies in Berlin. They say that they compensate that with high learning. Every startups say that... and in this case is completely false.
Very high demand compared to nothing received
No transparency about management roles and status of the company
Unclear internal structure and personal path
Constructive criticism is not accepted
I often feel like a number or just a machine to get the results
They pretend to be the best company around and a big family with the highest values... bullshits. I know they just don't care.
CEO cares nothing except his personal success, he awkwardly tries to hide it but everyone knows that
In some cases you are challenged with no sense tasks or questions, just to push you and show the pressure
Even if they promise benefit, there aren't. No lessons, very poor fruit (5 baskets for 100 people and only 3 days per week) + kind of nothing else
- lots of responsibility and direct impact on company strategy
- incredibly steep learning curve
- after one year in the company I still haven't developed a boring routine but am able to structure my work according to my preference (as long as I get the job done)
- very open communication among teams and by the executives regarding Lesara's accomplishments and upcoming plans
- dedicated feedback sessions and the support one needs to develop ones skill set strategically
- high pressure environment might not be liked by everyone
- salary is fine for a Berlin based startup but doesn't reflect effort (overtime)
the chance to grow and to meet young people.
Promises are not always maintained, I often think is caused by a lack of organization. However, the results are positive and according to expectations.
The willing to grow is very positive, but must be in a structured way. First to solve the problems and then make the changes.
A very friendly atmosphere!
The company is famous and the reputation is positive!
Flexible working times.
The company is growing fast and there's the chance to grow fast too.
Salary is average but proportional to the positions.
Structured managers and hierarchy.
A lot of groups extra-work activities and
coetaneous collegues.
The average age is low but still many prepared people.
In Customer Care dept. the managers hierarchy is structured and respected. There's a very good communication between employees.
Friendly atmosphere
Easy communication between departments, even better in the new location.
Equality is most of the times respected. Still have some cases of preferences between manager-employee.
Stimulating job, sometimes repetitive though.

perfekter mix aus smart/professional & cool/angenehm
Einmaliger Zusammenhalt!
International start-up
successful business model
Lot of things. First of all some members of C-level and management. They think to be the best around. I have never seen them accepting their limits.
das eine lockere Startup-Atmosphäre herrscht, jeder Verantwortung bekommt und man direkten Kontakt zu den Gründern hat.
Tolles Arbeitsklima!
Fair-Trade Kaffee etc.
So verdient kununu Geld.
