Nichts!
Alles
Kommunikation?
The international team and easy tasks
- The head of the team treated us in such a cold way. She didn´t say if she was leaving for vacation or any other thing. She was 24/7 available for the company. I wonder if she has a bed there. It looked like her house.
-The Management was worse than The Wolf of Wall Street. Treating the employees in a disrespectful way. We had to present each other in such an embarrasing way and he made jokes of people or even indirectly force them to drink shots in front of everyone. I felt like in a kindergarden.
- Sexist company. Only men got rewarded in the events and celebrations.
-They fired me because the project I was in didn´t work due to bad management of them. They made me think that they would offer me another positions. They kept me 2 weeks in a hard selection process like any other applicant and after playing with me they told me that I was not the right candidate. It was really humiliating.
-Copywriters can´t be creative and are quite undervalued
-Unfair treatment. Some colleagues got a lot of home office days. Others we were promised too but not really getting them.
Nothing. But the team is ridiculously nice.
There is barely any communication going on and a lot of very important processes happen without anyone knowing anything.
Sometimes relevant people leave and you only notice 3 months later, still trying to reach someone but not getting responses.
Listen to your employeed.
In general it is a huge red warning sign if your IT department shrinks to about 35% within a few months!
The team is great, the management not
For some reason some people seem to think this is a cool place to work at, at least as long they don't work here.
No paid overhours, under average vacation days, over average working hours...
Educational budget for IT staff but apart from that it seems pretty scarce
Salary under average, BVG company ticket with only 2 euro rebate is almost insulting
Apparently noone seems to care that everyone is unhappy and half the staff is leaving.
Team and colleagues are nice, one of the few plusses
Older colleagues?
Micromanagement from the top to bottom (CEO to employee)
Lots of minor issues
No benefits, fruits and drinks were cancelled.
Only coffee remains, but for how long?
Barely any communication
Even the change from GmbH to AG was not properly communicated
Seems to be fine, not sure about disabled quotas or male:female ratio.
Most of the tasks are challenging
Plans often go far over board and make goals unachievable
Kein Obst, kein Wasser, dreckig
When it's 6 o'clock you go home.
Lesara is a horrible employer that brings you nothing but unwanted headaches.
With Lesara, it's such a mess. I would not even know where to begin.
The only atmosphere you will experience is to come in and work. As a customer service employee there is hardly anything else they want from you. Lesara is always understaffed, you will have to work twice as hard because the lack of people. There might be one team meeting every 6 months. But employee feedback is not something they are looking for.
Lesara is a "We Ship Cheap Stuff From China Quickly to the Customer". If this is something you can be proud of than Lesara is the company for you.
They do not tell you this in the interview, but they will force you to work on weekends. You will get extra paid, but after taxes, it's cheaper to stay home.
There is not a chance that you as a customer service employee will upgrade to another department. There have been occasions where colleagues have tried but these efforts were stopped in their tracks by team leads and customer service lower management. As a customer service agent in a team that always needs people, there is no way you will grow within Lesara.
The pay is low. Think "I just graduated and I don't know what a paycheck is" low.
Lesara does nothing to benefit society in any way. It also does not promote cycling to work or taking public transport. It recently started recycling but, I think that's because the building owners forced them.
Can't complain. Although sometimes the work piles up so much that is hard to really communicate with somebody who sits next to you.
This is not a place where you work if you have a family. There are no befenits availible if you have childeren.
"Everything is always great, Lesara is doing amazing, we really appreciate you, we are one big happy family". But in reality they don't care much about anything.
It is very depressing. Problems hardly get solved. Hight employee turnover. Never enough employees. But the work keeps piling up. It is just not worth your energy working here. Because nothing ever gets done it quickly makes you resentful. Also because there are no feedback moments, your just a voiceless employee.
Communication is one big mess. Whenever there's a problem that affects the company, prepare for a solution in one year or so. Once again, as a customer service employee, you are only there to answer phones and e-mails. Sometimes, things change, and they will be communicated to you, but beware the communication is a one-way street. A new policy might be the most ridiculous thing you ever heard off, feedback is unwanted.
All the top management positions are men.
Nothing to mention here. Just standard customer service work.
Most of the colleagues are super nice. They are friendly and willingness to help.
I was assigned the repetitive tasks. The repeated duties make me feel bored and less motivated. Hence, there is not much learning points in career development.

Really happy that I left the company. If I would still work there; I think I would have a depression.
Looks as a cool and fancy company but as soon as you work there. You can really see the cons of the company.
For me it was okay, but I think some people just sleep at the office. Start at 8am and finish at 8pm or longer. I never see them going home. They even can't take a short lunch break and eat at there desk.
The worst! The people who are already longer part of the company really feel the best. They don't accept new colleagues and can be very arrogant. They are just so unrespectfull.
It is sad to say because some were really nice!
They only recruit young people.
They launched in 2013; so they are no start-up anymore.
But because the communication is so bad it still feels as a one year old start-up.
Horrible people managment. They sell flat-hierarchy start-up culture, but it has a super rigid hierarchy. All the benefits they sell are just pure lies(only 5 days of home office, super unflexible working hours). The tasks are super boring and there is no prospective of learning or career development. If you wanna do a boring and repetitive work, then it's a perfect job for you.
Senior managers are there only as they have worked longer than you do but they are super arrogant and make you feel clearly that they are your boss. They are not interested at all in your career development, as they are super selfish, rather taking credits for your work.
Do not waste your time here.
So verdient kununu Geld.
