Very unmotivated. People tend to avoid responsibility. Some colleagues are overloaded and stressed out, while some are doing nothing. You can feel the tense atmosphere.
Kommunikation
People won't share any information if you don't ask. Even when you ask, sometimes they just ignore you. The information flows run strange here.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Some colleagues are nice and helpful, but the process are so messed up that it makes the coordination between different teams very complicated.
Work-Life-Balance
You have to work for 200% of effort, overtime are very common without extra payment. You are expected to receive phone calls at anytime.

A few leaders are nice. The rest are quite bossy.
Interessante Aufgaben
It is just same tasks over and over. There are many unnecessary and time-consuming tasks just for controlling. The only different thing is that you encounter new troubles at work everyday.

Not sure as you do not see many old colleagues around because of the high turnover rate. People just go in and out within a few months.

Quite bad, the illogical process and poor IT infrastructure makes your work life even harder. People are not equiped enough for their work.

Average salary. With 200% effort and unpaid overtime, it is not worth it.
