Kollegenzusammenhalt
When I first started, what struck me was how friendly and helpful everyone is. The company uses some software programs that I hadn’t used before, and I had a lot of questions. There was always someone to lend a hand, and I was never made to feel stupid for asking a question. That generosity of spirit extends beyond my team; trom HR to Accounting to UX, when I’ve needed something, they’ve been there.

The team at Liebscher & Bracht is definitely a tight-knight bunch. My first summer here (which was in between lockdowns) we’d grill on Fridays afterwork, enjoy each other’s company, and before you knew it, the sun had set and the work week was over.
Work-Life-Balance
The work/life balance is just that: balanced. If we work longer one day, we can leave earlier the next (or on Friday!). I’ve never had an issue getting time off.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The head of my department and my team leader are both great guys;
they make time for me when I have issues or concerns, are realistic about setting goals and expectations, and solve problems quickly. I feel like these guys got my back (which is good because Liebscher & Bracht prides itself on managing back pain :-) The people who are higher up the ladder are approachable, easygoing, and very much “of the people.” The team member I work closest with is a pro; she gives me continual feedback on my work that has helped me sharpen my skills and she’s always encouraging. Working with her has been a career highlight.
