A real hell! Unpaid overtime, pregnant women are required doing overtime as well then get fired during their Elternzeit, HR and upper management is unreliable and always changing. Honestly, they just don't give a shit about you.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
No benefits, no bonuses. Just an average salary for Berlin and unpaid overtime.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
No possibility for trainings, if you don't like your position, you can leave. If you don't work hard, you get fired.
