A real hell! Unpaid overtime, pregnant women are required doing overtime as well then get fired during their Elternzeit, HR and upper management is unreliable and always changing. Honestly, they just don't give a shit about you.

As long as you don't get pregnant or have a family, you are allowed to stay. Foreigners are less payed than Germans.
