- Strong emphasis on friendly and respectful interactions in day-to-day work
Well-known agency and big, international clients
- Very much an agency-style work environment
- Overtime is part of the job rather than the exception — although it can be logged and compensated with time off
- Too few people for the workload across many projects
- Late evenings and weekend work are not uncommon
- Client deadlines are often prioritized over realistic team capacity, with the pressure ultimately being passed on to employees
• Various opportunities for learning and development are available
• Access, however, seems to be reserved for a selected few
• Lack of transparency around available training and how to access it
• No clear structure or equal access for everyone
fair for agency standards
Several sustainability initiatives and regular awareness sessions
• However, sustainability is not always reflected in day-to-day practices
• Good intentions, but execution and implementation could be much stronger
• Many inspiring people and strong profiles to work with
• At the same time, a noticeable elbow mentality in parts of the organization
• Unfortunately reinforced by the company culture and leadership behavior
Barely elder colleagues around
• A matter of luck - there are good leaders, but they are the exception rather than the rule
• Many managers come across as highly opportunistic and not reliable
• Leadership positions often seem to be based on tenure rather than actual leadership qualifications
• Being with the company for a long time does not necessarily make someone a good leader
Good technical equipment and hardware
• Office spaces and furniture look stylish, but are outdated
• Desks and chairs are not particularly ergonomic or suited for extended office work
- A lot happens behind the scenes rather than through open, direct communication
- Lack of honest and transparent communication
- Poor error culture - mistakes are not openly addressed or used as learning opportunities
• Many women in leadership positions and good representation of people from marginalized groups
• Nevertheless, there is significant room for improvement
• Several diversity initiatives and proposals have either gone nowhere or were not taken seriously by leaders
• Generally interesting work, with exciting projects and great clients
• A lot of variety and opportunities to work on high-profile projects
• Over time, however, the appeal has noticeably declined
• The agency seems to have lost some of its former shine and reputation
Top Kunden-Portfolio, super Kollegen
Einzigartiges Gebäude und Büros
Sehr gut.
In Ordnung !
Man kann viel erreichen .
Im Agenturvergleich: Gut !

The brand portfolio and scope of projects discussed during hiring were genuinely exciting, and the recruitment process was extensive, multiple rounds of interviews involving leadership from across the group.
As an international hire relocated at the company's expense, I received no structured onboarding. I was told that at my level, I should be able to figure things out on my own.
I was hired specifically to bring structure and ownership to the team. After being publicly announced as an international design leader, with an interview and photoshoot published on LinkedIn, Instagram, and in a German industry magazine. I was told, a week later, that I would be promoted to Executive Creative Director once my probation period ended. A week after that conversation, I was let go. Despite the title and the public framing, I had no real decision-making authority in practice: work was closely controlled from above. The actual working culture is closer to "everyone pitches in when something is urgent, no one is individually accountable," which made it very difficult to do the job I was hired for. There was also frequent, often unnecessary reliance on external freelancers and staff from other locations, even when the team had the capacity to do the work itself.
That entire arc of public announcement, a promised promotion, and termination, played out within about two weeks, which says something on its own about the level of planning behind decisions at this company. The manager who initiated my termination was promoted shortly afterward. The manager who had previously told me that if I were ever let go, they would consider themselves let go too, and suggested that in the meantime we should focus on building our professional network together for something independent down the line.
Spannende Projekte
Mitarbeiter schätzen lernen
Keine Ergonomische Stühle oder Höhenverstellbare Tische
Alles nur Schein.
Horror.
So verdient kununu Geld.
