Its a good company to stay at when starting as a senior, other than that its miserable. When starting as junior/regular my advice would be to stay for max 2 years and switch, the projects look good on the CV.
Gehalt/Benefits
I had no pay increase for a LONG time due to financial issues, maybe this gets better after the latest release was fairly good.

Its a difficult topic: there are some very skilled and talented leads, seniors, directors, etc. But everything on the very top is inexperienced, at times disrespectful, intransparent and worse.

Communication is fairly standard

Favoritism is rampant at Limbic. People got preferential treatment from higher ups because of personal reasons.
I also experienced that if you are not a senior or higher your opinion does not matter.
