Many people are pretty annoyed by the incompetence of the people in charge and angry, but hiding it behind a smile.

Communication itself is good, problem is the people in charge ignore everything.

Crunch because concerns are getting ignored for years. Very stressful overall because of very bad planning.

They try at least. Budget is always very tight.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Minimum. Usually no bonus or extras, payed vacation only slightly above the minimum legal amount, salary is pretty bad for this area. Costs are very high. No other benefits.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Getting a new position isnt too hard, but its not really worth it besides for your CV. Raise will be minimal, no other benefits.
