your lack of honest responsibility for people
Stop pretending
My colleagues are generally pleasant, but they sometimes reinterpret difficult management issues to protect their own positions. In a setting where the CEO role is filled by someone with fairly average qualifications, this can foster insecurity rather than true, confident leadership.
good in some similar environments
None. There is an implicit expectation that you could work around the clock and it would still be seen as insufficient yet this is framed as voluntary extra commitment rather than acknowledged as excessive workload

The only genuinely positive aspect are the lovely colleagues, often warm and supportive. At the same time it is advisable not to stand out too much, as stronger individual profiles can be perceived as a threat with clear preference given to a small group of people who agree to almost everything, including additional unpaid hours.
There is none..
Simply
very low
Communication within the company is often dysfunctional: messages are inconsistent, priorities change whenever a person in position "feels like it" and alignment is regularly missing. In a setting where the leading positions are filled by people with fairly average qualifications, this tends to create insecurity and defensive behavior rather than genuine, confident leadership.
Everyone will be hired..
Helping Children
I worked at this company in the last few months, and during my time, I was officially registered as a person with a disability. For health-related reasons, I requested an adjustment to my working hours for the remaining period of my contract.
However, the company did not accept my request, and I eventually had no choice but to resign.
During the resignation process, I submitted my formal resignation letter and requested a signature, and although the company initially agreed to sign it, they changed their decision a few hours later and refused.
(I understand that they are not legally obligated to sign such a document, but their reversal of that promise was highly uncooperative and made me feel very uncomfortable. And I still am wondering why she refused to sign my resignation letter.)
I had to discuss and argue the matter for over an hour, and finally, with the help of the team leader, I was able to obtain the CEO’s signature.
In addition, my final salary was not paid on time, even though the payslip had already been issued.
Furthermore, the calculations on the payslip did not match the actual contractual conditions, so I had to send multiple emails requesting clarification.
Although I resigned at the end of May and worked until the beginning of Jun, as of the end of October, this issue still has not been fully resolved. (only partially paid), And my inquiries and requests have consistently been ignored.
This entire experience has caused me severe mental stress and emotional strain, and I am currently seeking legal assistance to resolve the matter.
This statement reflects my personal experience truthfully and accurately, and I sincerely hope that the company will improve its understanding of employees with disabilities and its internal administrative procedures.
Almost everything.
I trust everyone will be able not to bed to manipulative tactics of this particular employer and that employees will be able to set clear boundaries without you guilt tripping them.
-gaslighting
-usage of straw man technique
-unfair treatment of employees
No chances unless you are doing additional work in your free time to prove your loyalty.
No comment on that. Company provide no security shows itself as modern, yet, they try to compensate based on German tariffs. And you have not to have audacity to ask for raise.
This is the main problem. Owners are far away from knowing how to lead without manipulating employees against each other.
Be prepared for:
-gaslighting
-leading question
-GUILTY tripping (but subtle!:))
Manual work like in 90‘
Educational purposes
Progressive image but in the end only catering to a wealthy clientele. Workload discussed before employememt profoundly differs from reality, when mentioned no measures taken by the leadership to find solutions, Mismanagement and difficult communication with the leadership, supposedly women supportive company but fails to meet actual fair treatment of employees
