Very good
Fun, inclusive and exciting!
Excellent, down to earth and honest.
Honest and friendly
Loved my marketing project!

your lack of honest responsibility for people
Stop pretending
My colleagues are generally pleasant, but they sometimes reinterpret difficult management issues to protect their own positions. In a setting where the CEO role is filled by someone with fairly average qualifications, this can foster insecurity rather than true, confident leadership.
good in some similar environments
None. There is an implicit expectation that you could work around the clock and it would still be seen as insufficient yet this is framed as voluntary extra commitment rather than acknowledged as excessive workload
none

The only genuinely positive aspect are the lovely colleagues, often warm and supportive. At the same time it is advisable not to stand out too much, as stronger individual profiles can be perceived as a threat with clear preference given to a small group of people who agree to almost everything, including additional unpaid hours.
There is none..
Simply
very low
Communication within the company is often dysfunctional: messages are inconsistent, priorities change whenever a person in position "feels like it" and alignment is regularly missing. In a setting where the leading positions are filled by people with fairly average qualifications, this tends to create insecurity and defensive behavior rather than genuine, confident leadership.
Everyone will be hired..

I truly valued my time interning at Linden. From the beginning, I felt respected and appreciated for my insights and experience, even though I wasn’t a formal employee. The entire team welcomed me with warmth and openness, creating an environment that encouraged curiosity, creativity, and ambition. I was consistently supported to bring ideas to life and felt a genuine investment in my professional development from both my supervisor and the co-founder, who actively sought out opportunities that aligned with my interests and goals. I was also deeply inspired by the team’s commitment to going above and beyond for their clients - demonstrating authentic care, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. During my three-month internship, I witnessed numerous examples of this ethos in action, which left a lasting impression on me.
Comfortable, collaborative, dynamic
Collaborative, warm, open, empathetic
I felt valued and respected, despite being an intern, i didn't feel treated differently to employees or belittled, rather older colleagues showed interest in my work and insights
Hugely supportive
Great communication/task tracking between me and my internship supervisor
I love the diversity at Linden - we are literally a global team. The core team are really supportive and encouraging.
I worked at this company in the last few months, and during my time, I was officially registered as a person with a disability. For health-related reasons, I requested an adjustment to my working hours for the remaining period of my contract.
However, the company did not accept my request, and I eventually had no choice but to resign.
During the resignation process, I submitted my formal resignation letter and requested a signature, and although the company initially agreed to sign it, they changed their decision a few hours later and refused.
(I understand that they are not legally obligated to sign such a document, but their reversal of that promise was highly uncooperative and made me feel very uncomfortable. And I still am wondering why she refused to sign my resignation letter.)
I had to discuss and argue the matter for over an hour, and finally, with the help of the team leader, I was able to obtain the CEO’s signature.
In addition, my final salary was not paid on time, even though the payslip had already been issued.
Furthermore, the calculations on the payslip did not match the actual contractual conditions, so I had to send multiple emails requesting clarification.
Although I resigned at the end of May and worked until the beginning of Jun, as of the end of October, this issue still has not been fully resolved. (only partially paid), And my inquiries and requests have consistently been ignored.
This entire experience has caused me severe mental stress and emotional strain, and I am currently seeking legal assistance to resolve the matter.
This statement reflects my personal experience truthfully and accurately, and I sincerely hope that the company will improve its understanding of employees with disabilities and its internal administrative procedures.
Almost everything.
I trust everyone will be able not to bed to manipulative tactics of this particular employer and that employees will be able to set clear boundaries without you guilt tripping them.
-gaslighting
-usage of straw man technique
-unfair treatment of employees
No chances unless you are doing additional work in your free time to prove your loyalty.
No comment on that. Company provide no security shows itself as modern, yet, they try to compensate based on German tariffs. And you have not to have audacity to ask for raise.
This is the main problem. Owners are far away from knowing how to lead without manipulating employees against each other.
Be prepared for:
-gaslighting
-leading question
-GUILTY tripping (but subtle!:))
Manual work like in 90‘
Fantastic, engaged and motivated international team, supportive environment.
Flexible work schedules with hybrid models
Really wonderful team spirit - inclusive, welcoming, friendly, helpful.
Very engaged founders with clear values and human-centered approach
Clear communication, solutions-orientation & lots of opportunities to express opinions, share ideas & contribute.
Clear focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
Great variety of opportunities in an international environment
Linden provides a work atmosphere that feels uplifting, supportive, and positive. I think this is one of the most special aspects about working at Linden, even when things are tough or stressful, the work environment helps shift my mindset to something more positive and hopeful, and makes me feel like there's a way forward!
There is plenty of flexibility regarding work schedules. Having the opportunity to WFH and at the office creates space for flexibility. Like I mentioned before, everyone has busy schedules, but if things ever start to feel overwhelming, I always feel like there’s support available, and I am not left to manage it on my own.
This is another area where Linden really stands out to me. The team is made up of incredibly smart and genuinely supportive people. There’s a strong culture of inclusion, encouragement, and collaboration that, from my experience, feels like a core part of Linden.
As someone still early in their career, having strong, approachable mentors in the leadership team has made a huge difference. It also means a lot that the founders and my supervisor take time to personally check in, listen to ideas, and encourage growth. That kind of leadership makes me feel both valued and challenged in the best way.
My experience with communication with the team has always been pleasant, helpful, and positive. Linden is constantly growing and evolving. Busy schedules that come along with this sometimes means communication becomes slightly trickier. However, throughout my time at Linden I have also seen constant effort to improve systems for this and find time to reflect on ways to improve.
My work has consistently felt varied and engaging. I feel like there's always space to explore new types of tasks, take on different responsibilities, and step outside of your comfort zone. I appreciate that creativity and initiative are encouraged.
Fun, helpful colleagues, leadership with open ears and open hearts
The is no expectation to be available outside of working hours as an employee however working with freelancers and clients in different time zones can make it tricky to disconnect.
Linden always offers pro bono services to schools and families in need (conflict areas, schools impacted by natural disasters, etc) makes donations and collaborates to inspire young people everywhere to dream big.
I was offered supervision and additional education opportunities to be paid for so I can continue developing professionaly.
The core team is dedicated and willing to share, there is a real team feeling and lots of shout outs. We rise by raising others isn't just a nice sentence, it is the core of the culture.
All goals set by leadership are presented to the team in advance for feedback if these seem realistic. If one department does not meet their goals, we have an open discussion about it and try to see what we did not assess well, in the team level.
If you need anything tech wise- the company will do its best to provide it. I got a new laptop after my old one got slow. The office can get quite busy on some days with student sessions, so some flexibility is required from all sides.
Clear guidelines and lines of responsibilities. There is a culture of sharing mistakes and learning from them. If one feels they have too much on their plate, management will ask the right questions to help you find solutions and offer changes to keep the workplace happy.
Linden takes time to show quarterly reports of revenue and profit to its team and tries to always provide raises when they can. Salaries are fare given the attempt to keep cost for clients reasonable. Excellent social conditions as an employee (holidays, health insurance, gym subscription, etc).
Being in a female led organization makes so many issues that often arise in other workplaces into non issues.
This is the most flexible, interesting place I have ever worked in. Working with kids, families and teachers from all over the world creates some many learning opportunities. If someone is passionate about a topic they will get full backing from leadership to develop in the area.
What I really like about my employer is how supportive and solution-oriented everyone is. I always feel heard, both professionally and personally, and the team truly feels like a family.
So verdient kununu Geld.
