Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I like one of the future visions of LiveEO that the team is on the way to make efforts to automatic satellite data analytics for lower-revenue use cases eg. use satellite data to support disaster relief efforts (but fingers crossed for fewer disasters).
Also, everyone in the team is working together to help LiveEO grow.

Some full-time permanent employees are overloaded, but we are growing and hiring, the blocker would be solved when we have new hires on the team

Workload. For interns are good. Some full-time permanent employees are overloaded, but we are growing and hiring, the blocker would be solved when we have new hires on the team.

As an Intern, I am working on the topics that I'm interested in and have received very structured, detailed, and patient onboarding from my manager and other colleagues, they have onboarded me with daily software, HR-related knowledge, and the background info for ongoing projects. The tasks that I have been assigned are step by step, from simple ones to more challenging ones. have learned a lot and grown a lot, also support the team&the company with my knowledge, very happy.

My manager and the colleagues that I work with from the management are very efficient and have a clear mind during the work, have learned a lot from them (not only the knowledge, but also being more structured for my work, and giving clear storytelling). They are really great leads and also very good teachers. I really appreciate it a lot.
Everyone is encouraged to give their opinions/speak out their ideas. Also, you are welcome to take ownership and help the company get better, eg, improve/optimize the processes from my side.

The company growing very fast, the current office is sometimes a bit packed. We are soon moving to the new office.

Team meetings. In my team, we have daily stand-up and regular weekly meetings, where we discuss the ongoing projects, the blockers, what is going good/bad, things can be improved, everyone makes sure to forward things in the best/suitable ways, make sure everyone is on the same page.
Company-wide meetings, once a week, where the important info has been announced.
