An enriching experience in a community of welcoming and inspiring individuals
Arbeitsatmosphäre
During my time at Looping it was largely up to the employees to work remotly or come to one of their offices, which serve as open workspaces. This leads to a high flexibility for the emplyees and high fluctuation of different faces in the office. During the three monts of my internship there, I got in touch with a mutlitude of people from all parts of the organisation - leading to inspiring conversations and great insights.
Kommunikation
No matter what position any person in the organisation had, they where always available for a short call, either to give an overview of their work, or to constructivly help with the positivly challenging tasks I was allocated with.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Collaboration is a value central to Looping's culture. From my experience it also is a value lived and activly practiced, making it easy to achieve more together.
Work-Life-Balance
Looping activly encourages team events and offers a free yoga class. However I felt threre was some potential for a greater feeling of togetherness. Due to the company's growth and the ramifacations of the pandemic this surely isn't easy to accomplish.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The athmosphere doesn't feel hierarchical.
Interessante Aufgaben
Allthough only working as an intern for a brief period, I got the opportunity to work in a fascinating variety of projects and was allocated tasks with significant impact on final deliverables.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As the age average at Looping seemed to be quite young, it is not easy to evaluate the companie's performance in this area.
