The company’s core value is profit maximisation. You will realise that no other aspects are considered. If you cannot thrive on this single focus, prepare yourself to feel unmotivated and undervalued.
Bullying, passive-aggressiveness, no trust to do your work without constant surveillance. One of the management's longest-reigning minions will scream out to the office a minor error to earn brownie points. This kind of behaviour is rewarded here.
LOQI has tried to remove this review and managed to remove most negative reviews…once you work at LOQI, this kind of behaviour won’t surprise you. I would highly recommend to not to work here and save yourself a mental burnout.

Management should take serious consideration of employees reviews in terms of understanding their role in the failing of their company culture and the high turnover of staff as opposed to laying the blame on others. Unfortunately, by trying to delete negative reviews, it is quite clear management is incapable of handling any kind of criticism which just goes to show there is no chance for improvement here.
