Everything : No company goals or objective. No healthy working environment. People come back to write the negative review, after their reviews are deleted, imagine the type of frustration they must have had to go through

Get some sense, and stop coming drunk to the office. you have a great product, but dont let it go for a waste.Its so humiliating working in this company, that i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy as well.

The atmosphere is horrible, the management has only 2 people and they micromanage everyone. They are very ridiculous and meaningless. There are no company values.

No Communications, decisions changes every 5 minutes and employees are humiliated in front of everyone

Colleagues are still better but there are only 8 employees, as no 1 works for more than 1 year in this company, there are no freedom, no respects and only disrespects. They pay people to write 5 star reviews in kununu

You are forced to do things, because management wants it, if you do exactly as they say word by word, you will go long way or else , be ready to find another job.The management talks behind your back, and say all stuff bad stuff about other employees

its literally a joke to work in this company. If you dont follow their orders, they try to break you in every sense. They even pay companies to delete the negative review.

Tasks are literally joke. You will only downgrade yourself and will left with nothing. The company and management care about their own profit, and the moment they think you are not worthy, they will put you on kurzarbeite or else humiliate you. Infact they also shout at employees which I hever never seen in any company

There are either people who are like by management, and if you are one among that group, its time to leave the company, because this company do not have self respect, the british female do not follow any rules, she makes her own, that's why no 1 in this company have worked for more than 1 year

Well i wish there was 1 just 1 thing good about this company, but nothing, the management cares about profit and money and nothing else. There are no perks, no flexibility in work, no work from home option
