Everyone is stuck in the office although the work could be done remotely

Very bad and aggressive communication. The owner is all over the place and doesn't know how to properly communicate her ideas or her thoughts or to manage the tasks and teams. Talking to some people like they are nothing and just here to serve you (and I am staying polite here). Asking to do 7 jobs in 1 for the same salary. On top of that home office is impossible because they have no knowledge of how to manage online, but also for control

They will send you messages after 6pm expecting you to still be working but of course won't be paying the extra hours

Always the same boring tasks that the owner doesn’t know how to organise and doesn’t even understand

everybody is very drained by the environment but they have no other choice to stay because of their Visa

They are very vicious and don't say things straightforward to you, they will mirror a contract, even send you the draft but then will tell you the very last minute they have to think about it, right after you worked for them the whole past weeks without a proper contract and Illegally.

I think I've rarely seen such a mess. The management and communication is very aggressive and condescending, they change the projects every 5 minutes, the owner doesn't know what's going on and is micro managing. They ask you to be a strategist, a designer, an art director, a content creator, a producer … all at the same time
