During my time at LUY GmbH in Munich, I had the opportunity to work as a student intern for about three months, and it was an extremely rewarding experience.
From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed into the team. The people at LUY GmbH are exceptionally kind, approachable, and supportive. What stood out to me the most was the flat hierarchy—whether it was the CEO, product managers, or my immediate supervisor, everyone was open to conversation and eager to help. This created a very comfortable and collaborative working atmosphere where I always felt included.
Although I joined with no prior technical background in (EAM), the team patiently supported me in building up both my domain knowledge and technical skills step by step. The learning curve was steep but very manageable thanks to the constant encouragement and guidance from colleagues.
As an international student, I especially appreciated the inclusive environment and the positive team culture. The communication was always respectful, clear, and motivating. It truly felt like a space where learning and growth are encouraged.
Looking back, I can say that LUY GmbH is an excellent place to start a career, gain valuable knowledge, and expand one’s skills. My experience here has been so positive that I am even planning to collaborate with them further on my upcoming bachelor thesis.
