I definitely do not recommend this employer
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung nicht mehr für dieses Unternehmen in München gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nice clothes and discounts, but no Christmas bonus, no meal allowance, no ticket.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
frustrating atmosphere with no hope for improvement
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The fish starts to stink from the head.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
very tense
Work-Life-Balance
The team works overtime while the manager sits in the café on the sixth floor.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
non
Vorgesetztenverhalten
arrogant, turning a blind eye to reality
Kommunikation
What communication? Since the area manager left last year, the communication has been a complete disaster. Nobody knows anything, and onboarding does not take place. The work schedules are written for one week, and you have to beg the assistant of the new Germany manager to make them for a month.
Gehalt/Benefits
very low
