Overall great experience in this company!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Benefits, atmosphere, and Work-Life-Balance.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Certain decisions made regarding AI tools.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
We're already moving toward more transparency within the company, and also with our customers.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Always pleasant to have meetings with my team.
Image
It's difficult to score this because there's always some good and bad one could say about the company. I'd say the image is average, but more leaning toward good.
Work-Life-Balance
Fantastic! It's really flexible, especially if you communicate with your team if there are times you'd like to move around.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If discussions or opportunities about promotions were more transparent, then I'd score higher, but right now I'd say it's as any other job where you can learn valuable skills.
Gehalt/Benefits
I do think I'm getting my fair pay for the work I've done, but discussions or opportunities for raises and promotions could be more transparent.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No complaint here.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There some outliers I've heard about, but otherwise I believe we're all on the same page. And even if not, we can have a healthy discussion.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I do think that we hire mostly younger, but I think colleagues who've worked here longer get their well earned respect.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There were some instances where I didn't agree with some choices from higher up, but those were exceptions. Relation with them is otherwise great.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Work-Life-Balance and Benefits are great. Only during certain seasons and events it can get stressful.
Kommunikation
Within your own team it's great, but sometimes information from higher up takes longer and is less detailed than I would've wished.
Gleichberechtigung
Never encountered an issue with this.
Interessante Aufgaben
There some obstacles that would truly allow for really creative tasks, but because of how society works, there's only certain room of what you can do with it.
