Within your own team it's great, but sometimes information from higher up takes longer and is less detailed than I would've wished.

There some outliers I've heard about, but otherwise I believe we're all on the same page. And even if not, we can have a healthy discussion.

Fantastic! It's really flexible, especially if you communicate with your team if there are times you'd like to move around.

There were some instances where I didn't agree with some choices from higher up, but those were exceptions. Relation with them is otherwise great.

There some obstacles that would truly allow for really creative tasks, but because of how society works, there's only certain room of what you can do with it.
