The energy in my team is highly supportive, friendly and motivating. There is a lot of independence and freedom, no micro-management or toxicity in any way.

The workload is decent and I never feel overworked or too stressed. No overtime is needed, and if yes due to a deadline or similar - it is immediately compensated with fewer working hours on the next day.

Almost the same number of women and men in the leadership team, which is a great sign of equality initiative. Employees are from all around the globe, so it is very diverse in every sense.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There is a huge office at a great location in Charlottenburg, with all the necessary equipment, height adjustable desks, AC, several kitchens, many offices and large co-working rooms. However, hybrid and remote work model is very popular among employees, so many people are mostly working from home. Also, very competent, fast and reliable IT team, which is always responsive to solve any potential technical issues.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Initial salary could be a bit better (at least in my case), but there are many opportunities to grow and build a carrier within the company, so the salary aspect can also be improved with time.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a well-thought-out "internal mobility" strategy, for employees to make thorough plans for their future growth and development and to build a career within the company, which I find highly motivating.
