Near perfect, but not perfect.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No one is left behinde/alone.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No full remote.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The people make the company work and Maxon knows it and supports it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The people are great and you always find like minded or people that support you.
Work-Life-Balance
I have a lot of smart people around me that I can learn from, but since I try to keep up I tend to work longer. No one forces or pressures me, but also no one monitores if I work more.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Helps you find your path and supports you with it.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good :)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Maxon supports that people interact and plans out of work events that you can attend. These are not company monitored.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Almost every higher up is a senior of your position and we don't have 'managers' that have no knowledge. It's awesome.
Kommunikation
Depends on the team. There are always people that just want to work by themself. Otherwise it's open and you just need to wait till people are free. If there are US based people it's harder, but possible.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes good, sometimes boring, most of the time you can choose. Sometimes things need to be done.
