Depends on the team. There are always people that just want to work by themself. Otherwise it's open and you just need to wait till people are free. If there are US based people it's harder, but possible.

Maxon supports that people interact and plans out of work events that you can attend. These are not company monitored.
Work-Life-Balance
I have a lot of smart people around me that I can learn from, but since I try to keep up I tend to work longer. No one forces or pressures me, but also no one monitores if I work more.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Almost every higher up is a senior of your position and we don't have 'managers' that have no knowledge. It's awesome.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes good, sometimes boring, most of the time you can choose. Sometimes things need to be done.
