Nothing works. No decisions are being made, hiring stop for 3 years and we are still so much more employees than our hiring target. We‘re being let go but already understaffed and management is working for other companies as well to show we should be able to handle that. We‘re currently being asked to come back to the office 5 times per week although we have a home office/remote contract annex and this is not okay. We are asked to „work more for the same money“. This was the words used to announce competition from China is coming. I will wait for the next raise forever and leave with a next bonus run. there is a ABFINDUNGSPROGRAMM but noone is allowed to talk about this. I hope to get more out of this before all want to leave and theres no budget in this program anymore

Please hire more qualified staff, we are down under and beimg shifted to other tasks and departments (sometimes being asked to trick the works council and not inform or get the approval but sign and stamp the documents for in the past)
