The only shining review on this site was written by none other than the employer herself. It's so transparent that she wrote the review because she obsesses over the most trivial details, like the view and the balcony. Who in their right mind cares about a balcony when they're being exploited and gaslighted on a daily basis? It's like she's completely detached from the reality of her employees' experiences.
She inhabits a parallel universe where she bends and twists reality to suit her whims. A sick mind playing tricks on itself. It's like she's the star of her own delusional movie, where she's the hero and everyone else is just an extra. Hollywood has nothing on her imagination, that's for sure.

The employer is evil, mean, and a pushover in every possible way. Respect and manners are foreign words, it's all greed, wickedness, and selfishness. Working hours are not regulated, employer promotes that. The verbal abuse and the melodramatic tantrums that pass for company management make you question the sanity of this world. How Scrooge would end up his days? take a look here. Hey, at least Scrooge had the decency to keep their villainy confined to a smaller circle. I would say that the employer, influenced by pervasive loneliness, became a prime example of how one's character can deteriorate under such circumstances into a putrid being.
Rumor has it that the employer has connections with everyone in town, and honestly, it's not surprising considering how many people from the industry have come and gone through this revolving door of a company. This place has seen more quick exits than a magic show.

It's laughable, really. The truth is, being a small business doesn't automatically make it more compassionate or considerate towards its employees. If anything, it often magnifies the flaws and shortcomings. We can only shake our heads and chuckle at the employer's misguided attempt to justify the unjustifiable.
