The work atmosphere was absolutely rock bottom. There was barely any sense of respect, appreciation, or a positive working environment. The overall atmosphere was incredibly unpleasant and made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.

The behavior of upper management was completely unacceptable. Employees were sometimes shouted at, put under excessive pressure, and even pushed to act against established rules. This created a stressful and intimidating working environment where people felt pressured to compromise their own standards just to get things done.

The communication was absolutely opaque and lacking in transparency. Important information was often unclear, poorly communicated, or simply not shared, which made the entire situation frustrating and difficult to navigate.

In this workplace, apparently, sucking up to the right people gets you further than actually doing a good job.
