Most of the employees, the comfy work environment.

Unqualified managers as well as the lack of interesting tasks and encouragement.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Mostly good, thanks to the team. Of course certain managers have bad days which they like to take out on employees.
Kommunikation
Although there are weekly meetings, the communication between management and the teams is limited. You will only be informed about stuff you really need to know. Knowledge is power and they have little interest about sharing power/knowledge with the team.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most people are really nice, sadly the ones with little chance of making it at MD or DailyDeal (which belongs to MenschDanke).
Work-Life-Balance
Good thing about the boring to-dos: there is little overtime. But of course people stay longer, if they want to fake it till they make it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There are people who have great leadership skills even though they are young and lack experience. Unfortunately the owner's trusted "adviser" isn't one of them.
Interessante Aufgaben
You will stick to the tasks you are capable of doing. If you want to grow and learn something new, you can do that in your free time.

If you are male and willing to suck up to the "important people" chances are high you can pursue a career.

There are none.

The office is nice and they provide breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks to make employees comfortable. Benefits like these make people stick around longer.

They simply don't care.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Depending on the position you get payed either a lot of money or the average celery for startups in Berlin (which is not that high). Even though MD is no startup.
