Great place to work! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and everyone is open and supportive. Teamwork is encouraged, and it’s fun to be part of the company. There’s always room to grow, but overall it’s a very positive experience.
Work-Life-Balance
The company offers great flexibility – you can take time off to use your overtime hours, which is a big plus. It’s easy to get a day or two off when needed. The only minor downside is that you can’t take a full week off using accumulated overtime, as there is a limit of about three days in a row. Overall, it’s still a very fair and employee-friendly system.

The relationship with management is excellent. I’ve already had a feedback talk with my supervisor, and the communication was always open and respectful. You feel listened to and treated with appreciation, which makes the cooperation very pleasant.

Communication here is excellent. Everything is clear and open, and people are very understanding. There’s no judgment if someone’s English isn’t perfect, which creates a really supportive and inclusive environment.
