don´t be hypocrate: don´t preach employee oriented, human working conditions if you don´t keep any of these promises. so deeply disappointed.

if they tell you "come as you are, with your authentic self" - don´t do it!
Gleichberechtigung
male-female equity is good, but how about temporarily lower performance due to personal circumstances like family issues? part time is not supported at all, only accepted legal-wise, how does that go with what you are preaching?
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
just check the lists of layed-off employees of the last months and you´ll see the majority is senior
