I like it here
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I am happy every day that I landed this job.
I enjoy the dynamic environment and the drive across all departments. It's a broadly structured organization, with multiple levels regularly reviewing what can be changed and improved. There is a great deal of ownership and trust, which makes proactivity very important and you shouldn't be afraid to ask questions or request support. The organization is currently maturing, and processes and documentation are being taken to the next level, ensuring better structure and reliability.
