Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very good atmosphere and everyone is really eager to support beside the blockers, which makes the general vibe a very proactive one.
I also appreciate how informative the All Hands sessions are and the good level of communication from the C-level, which is not granted. It transmits a sense of closeness and transparency.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Sometimes I feel the general attitude to problems is that, if something takes too long or it's complicated, then it's not gonna be started anytime soon even though it represents quite a consistent issue. This could also potentially mean that my perception of the problem is different from the others, but even here there is no clear communication/explanation on why this might be the case, as there is limited knowledge on what happened in the past or why exactly this has not been prioritized.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The strongest barrier at the moment is the decentralized ownership of various resources, it's sometimes very hard to understand where and how can I deep dive on specific topics. If you manage to find where to look, then due to various reasons (understaffing, not always super clear ways of working...) you might encounter blockers in requesting specific outputs as there are priorities setup before and it's very hard to squeeze in. Therefore, it would be very beneficial to have a more structured onboarding right from the start and a more "roadmap focus" ways of working so that everyone is aware of what the other teams are working on.

The team is very welcoming and ready to support on every project.

Kommunikation

There's very frequent communication on company's objectives and results.
However, on the daily tasks is quite challenging to understand which resources we have available and who could be responsible (requires a high level of proactivity).

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Seniority is really not an issue and everyones' ideas and point of views are highly listened here, which is not granted.

Interessante Aufgaben

The work is very challenging but at the same time very stimulating as you get the chance to interact with several departments and fully deep dive on every single problems. At the same time, there's quite a high amount of blockers, which I hope can be progressively unlocked in the future.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Everyone is equal here and if there are conflicts these are not caused by any seniority issue

Arbeitsbedingungen

Tasks can be very challenging and time consuming sometimes as you have to spend time identifying the right resources and people. Also some teams are a bit understaffed at the moment. which also causes some frictions.
