Things are sometimes done very last minute which can add unwanted stress and lower the creative process. This doesn't happen all the time but can happen often

I think some more attention could be put on properly defining work flows and structure into who is specifically responsible for which things.

There can be some tense times as the team is new but overall very nice working environment

With the team being new we are still working hard to find the best workflow with all the departments within Marketing

There has been some conflict about certain workflows and who is responsible for which step in the creative process
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I do very much like the salary and the benefits I have nothing to add. they are very good. Workload is sometimes very high which I believe overtime could help to equal out
