Communication needs improvement, and team cohesion should be strengthened again. The focus has increasingly shifted toward numbers and profit, which is having a noticeable negative impact on morale.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere has changed noticeably. The overall mood has become more subdued, and many comments from senior management emphasize that we are currently behind our goals.

Communication from the top down often does not work effectively, and relevant information is not passed along in a timely manner. In contrast, communication and collaboration between coworkers function very well.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are very interesting and diverse, with frequent customer interaction bringing new challenges and variety on a regular basis.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

MINT Square is a great place to learn about programmatic advertising, you can start from nothing and reach expert level within months. This is what they encourage and the learning concept works. They are building up a great company culture and are actively avoiding industry stereotypes. They are also accommodating with remote working and changes in circumstances. Dogs are welcome in the office!

Such a great team! Everyone is lovely to work with, I only wish I could have worked closer with everyone as the team was growing.

In the beginning as a small company of only 5 people it felt like we were all one team and very little hierarchy was perceived. That approachability remains as MINT is growing.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office set up is great, the candy/biscuit counter is always fully stocked! The response to Covid and the need to work from home was great, everyone was set up with anything we needed, screens were sent out within a week and any other concerns were addressed. When we started going back to the office an air filter was put in and enough space was available for everyone.
